Lumity is paid commissions by whichever insurer you select to provide coverage. Commission rates are standardized and set by your state’s insurance commission.

Certain services available on Lumity.com may need to be charged separately due to state insurance laws. This will vary according to the complexity of the service and the applicable state laws. Should you be interested in making Lumity your insurance broker of record, we will explain the specific details to you at that time.

Lumity accounts are subject to termination for any valid business reason or legal requirement. In some states, including California, where customers choose Lumity Insurance Services as their broker of record, you maybe subject to termination at our discretion if you replace Lumity Insurance Services as your broker.
